Our Estimators analyze architectural plans and project specifications to develop accurate, competitive bids for our packages. They leverage industry knowledge and cutting-edge takeoff software to ensure precise material quantities and labor projections.
Responsibilities:

Perform detailed takeoffs
Analyze blueprints and specifications for scope accuracy
Source and price materials from supplier networks
Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and cost breakdowns
Collaborate with project managers on value engineering
Maintain up-to-date pricing databases and vendor relationships

Qualifications:

13+ years of construction estimating experience
Proficiency in estimating software and digital takeoff tools
Strong understanding of products
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of current material costs and market trends

Project Manager

Samuel Mendez

Our Project Managers lead the execution of complex projects from beginning to completion. They serve as the central point of coordination between crews, clients, and architects—ensuring seamless workflow and quality results.
Responsibilities:

Oversee projects
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
Maintain client communication and project documentation
Ensure code compliance and safety standards

Qualifications:

20+ years of construction project management experience

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Foreman- Varies

Victor Gonzales

Our Foremen are the backbone of on-site operations, leading skilled crews to execute high-quality construction work safely and efficiently. They bridge the gap between project planning and hands-on execution—ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while maintaining our standards of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily field operations and coordinate crew activities to meet project milestones
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide crew execution
Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance on all job sites
Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets project specifications and company standards

Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on construction experience with proven leadership capabilities
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Physical capability to work in demanding field conditions
Proven track record of completing projects safely, on time, and to quality standards
